“Your’e getting sacked in the morning”!

I was surprised and disappointed to hear our fans directing this at a manager whose team had played us off the park for two thirds of the match and contributed to a cracking game. It left a nasty taste.I thought our fans were above all this. Maybe its what’s wrong with the game these days.

To be fair it’s probably not too far from the truth. They were comfortable, he made 2 subs and we were all over them.

And Blackburn fans had a few stupid chants of their own when 3-1 up – if you dish it out, you have to be prepared to get it back!

You’ve got to take into account the adrenaline and emotion after that equaliser. Everyone went a bit bananas! I have nothing against Steve Kean, but I really think Venkys should just put him out of his misery and give him the boot.

But I do get where you are coming from. It is a pretty immature chant to be honest, I would have preferred Grant Holt or Paul Lambert chants to ring out – as those two got us back in business!

Indeed. I’ll admit I chanted one line of sacked in the morning. I stopped myself as I realised I shouldn’t.

Holt changed the game for me. He was chasing EVERYTHING! So determined. How long before he is back in the starting line up?

Basically to sum it up, there were a few fans of lesser intellect who decided to sing it. We were all high from Holt’s penalty and got caught up in it a little!

I thought it was vintage Holt when he came on, really led by example!

I was ashamed by it and I know that PL has commented that doing it is wrong. Do we want to keep PL? then don’t P him off!

It looks like Canaries’fans are catching up with Rovers’ fans about Rovers We have rotten owners in Venkys, who have no idea about running a football club; we have a manager who is one of the worst in Premiership history

http://www.talksport.co.uk/magazine/features/2011-09-15/how-steve-keans-record-compares-worst-premier-league-managers-ever

Plus we have Jerome Anderson stinking up the place. He’s a sport agent who represented Steve Kean, John Jensen (who was until recently assistant manager;) & his son, Myles, was recently signed by Rovers despite having the experiance of one reserve game with Aberdeen. An associate company of Anderson snr advised Venkies on their take-over of Rovers.

“The Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson was highly critical of Anderson’s involvement at Blackburn Rovers, saying: “You’ve got
that issue at Blackburn of an agent involved and deciding the future of the club, Jerome Anderson, he couldn’t pick his nose. It’s
baffling and it’s a serious threat to how clubs get run and how they conduct themselves.”

We are screwed.

The majority of agents sum up what is wrong with the game today. Regardless of that, it’s been a pleasure having you on the site colin – you’re more than welcome to stick around mate! Both teams contributed to a hell of a game yesterday, a credit to the Premiership.

Aside from the referee! I think both teams will agree he made some bizarre decisions!

Hello Canaries,

Just so so are aware (not that you really need to give a damn) but Blackburn Rovers have banned protest banners from Ewood on Saturday. This is regardless of our inevitable thrashing by Chelsea. There is apparantly (all rumour of course)going to be a light aircraft with a protest banner in the tail wind.

So, if one day Delia decides to sell up to the highest bidder, you may want to get yourselves together and buy her ownership to stop your club falling into the hands of a bunch of incompetant idiots.

Sorry for the rant: I love Rovers like you love Norwich. This is p*55ing all of us Rovers fans off.

No worries for sharing colin, feel its a valid topic for all footie fans to discuss.

It must be so frustrating, because I’m sure it just feels like the Rovers board, if they’re worthy of being called a board, just aren’t listening to the fans.

You hang in there mate, I guess the only thing I can say from our point of view is we were like that. We appointed a stinking line of managers and our board was rubbish, we got relegated to League 1, a complete revamp and we’re better than ever!

I’m not dense though, I know you don’t want to go down that route! Keep the faith mate, see you lot in April!
