Notts County that’s what’s missing…

Notts County organized a game against their own fans, it was superb to see it really was, the notts county manager said “football players and fans are so seperated now, we just liek to think were a goof bunch of people”.
I could not agree more, to many clubs up their own backside and i’m not being funny here guys, but our club is very guilty of that!
How can players and fans feel more connected rather than worlds apart? Perhaps its the money these players earn that buts the divide between us. I remember my nanny telling me stories where she would go out drinking with the players after the game and that some of the players were avoided cause they were just boring!
Ha ha, how times have changed in just 40 years, different world!

I thought that was brilliant, admirable stuff in all honesty. Someone should get onto McNally about it!
