The answer may be in the club – Hollahan !

Though do not write off Chris Martin just yet.

Welcome Trawler Boy!

Nice to have you on board!

A lot of weight on Holts shoulders and he has come up trumps!

Verdict still out on Wilbraham and I am personally gutted for Oli Johnson and Cody Mcdonald!

yh lets not write off chris martin at all, he’s actually played really well this season despite only scoring 4 goals but his all round performances have been very gd

Seems Holt was the only one that could cut it properly at this level. Chris Martin has played well but is unlucky. Seems to always come up against a good goalie!

Trawler boy I don`t know where you get this not scoring enough goals from, the stats speak for themselves.

the following list is the teams around us and how many goals they have scored.

Leeds 62
QPR 56
Cardiff 55
Norwich 54
Leicester 51
Burnley 49
Swansea 48
Forest 45

It`s hardly a drought is it
Maybe if we could keep clean sheets then our strikers wouldn`t have to score at least 2 goals in order to win

It is always good to have the goals spread out through the team. Therefore we are not reliant on Holt to score all of the time, just as last Saturday proved.

Quite often the most successful teams have goals coming from all over the team. It must be disappointing for our non scoring strikers but it is a good sign for the future when strikers and midfielders are all contributing.

i think we have a good team, with all round goal scorers and quality, but we do need a medium height, natural finisher such as leroy lita or shane long. surely we could get one of these for the £3m price tag that is on mackail smith’s head? i personally think Enoch Showumni would be a good investment, 6ft 5 with pace, cant go wrong…
