I'm off to the Bridge Saturday, and don't really know what to expect - hoping we give a performance that we can be proud of, win, lose or draw. I have been to see the boys twice this season - MK friendly and Fulham - following last season, I was a bit shocked at both games. When we recovered some of our old spirit against QPR, West Ham & Spurs I got a bit more optimistic. Last week was (I hope) a final wake-up call to the players and manager - ok, we are only a few games in, but now is the time to start getting the spirit back into the team, and while a win is very unlikely at Chelsea, it seems as good a place as any to show some committment to the cause.
I am surrounded by Chelsea fans here, and they are expecting to beat Fulham and Liverpool's tally, but strangely I am quietly confident that we can give them a fright,
Anyway, onwards and upwards - OTBC
